About the job

Main tasks
- Independent processing of post-documentation requests from insurance intermediaries in German and French
- Competent written and telephone responses to technical and administrative enquiries
- Collaboration with supervisory departments as well as other business areas, especially in the Enforcement sector
- Participation in the efficient and high-quality processing of requests
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ, ideally with vocational baccalaureate
- Initial professional experience in the insurance environment is an advantage
- Precise and careful working style even with a high volume of work
- Very good German and French skills (C2) and enjoyment in writing emails and written information in both languages
