Workshop Manager Mercedes-Benz

Your tasks

  • Personnel and professional management of our workshop team (approx. 15 employees and apprentices)
  • Scheduling of workshop orders
  • Diagnosing and locating faults
  • Result and quality controls
  • Ensuring occupational safety
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop
  • Supervision and training of apprentices
  • Regular participation in brand-specific further training and courses

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician as well as certified diagnostician or workshop coordinator
  • Several years of experience in a similar role (industry experience)
  • Practical doer (leadership) with high customer orientation and enthusiasm
  • Analytical, methodical, solution-oriented and structured approach
  • Good communication skills (negotiation skills and motivator)
  • Likeable and engaging personality
  • High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, reliability, determination
