Team Leader / Foreman Special Apparatus Construction (a)

Your Tasks

• Management of the Special Apparatus Construction department in the sheet metal/metalworking area with the processes of bending, welding and assembly
• Personnel and professional leadership of approx. 12 employees, including apprentices
• Responsible for order processing of special apparatus construction and additional orders (contract manufacturing) in the assigned area
• Responsibility for the timely processing of orders
• Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency as well as quality and quantity of work
• Supporting the department management regarding evaluation of new equipment and design of workplaces
• Ensuring the functionality of the equipment
• Responsibility for apprentices in plant and apparatus construction EFZ (a) as well as metal construction practitioner EBA (a)

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the fields of metal or apparatus construction
• Several years of professional experience in metal processing, leadership experience an advantage
• Quick comprehension, structured approach and assertiveness
• Calm personality even in hectic situations
• Good communication skills; cooperative and correct interaction with employees and other departments, team player
• Enjoyment in working with apprentices, possibility to complete the trainer course
• Willingness to take on responsibility and further development
