- Responsibility for achieving the sales and development goals of your agency, through your own prospecting activities and in close collaboration with your sales managers, as well as your advisors in insurance, finance, and real estate
- Business development in the areas of individual life, professional insurance, financial investments, health insurance, and real estate brokerage in the territory of the general agency
- Recruitment, training, coaching, and development of your team members
- Motivating your team, systematic market prospecting, and implementing action plans
Your strengths
- Mastery of the vast fields of insurance and finance
- Proven success in consulting and sales
