CNC Polymechanic (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Independent setup and operation of modern CNC lathes
Manufacture of demanding individual parts and small series
Creation, adjustment and optimisation of CNC programmes
Setting up machines including tool and fixture changes
Monitoring the manufacturing process and ongoing quality control
Measuring and testing manufactured components with suitable measuring instruments
Identifying and correcting manufacturing deviations
Optimising machining processes in terms of quality, efficiency and throughput time
Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on the machines used
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in CNC turning
Good knowledge of CNC programming and setting up lathes
Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
Strong quality awareness and precise working method
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented personality
Willingness to take responsibility and develop professionally
Very good German language skills
