Within the Retail Operations Fashion Swiss Markets team, you contribute to managing the activity, animating the Operations communities of the markets, and monitoring reporting,
Your main responsibilities are:
Support the management of Aftersales Services, alterations and in-store operations projects:
- Participate in the development of action plans and deployment of projects and new tools
- Participate in team training and support implementation
- Ensure the follow-up of project deployment with the boutiques
- Collect feedback from boutiques to propose areas for improvement
Support boutiques in the use and proper functioning of digital Retail applications
- Monitor the adoption rate of Retail applications and identify improvement levers
- Support boutiques in change management
- Ensure the adoption of best practices
- Understand and identify the context of any potential incident
- Report an incident and ensure follow-up of its resolution among the various stakeholders
Contribute to the animation of Operations, Quality and Aftersales communities:
- Organise monthly meetings and associated materials Ensure communication within the communities of operation managers, maintenance and repair advisors, and alteration specialists:
- Via available community tools
- By disseminating all communications with the community
Analyse operational performance in boutiques:
- Develop Aftersales and Alterations performance reports and tools related to operational efficiency in boutiques (RFID, Serial Number capture…)
- Produce these reports regularly and analyse key indicators.
- Communicate them to varied audiences and contribute to implementing associated action plans
You are motivated by the challenges of operational efficiency in boutiques, related to stock management, sales and after-sales services, and by animating Operations communities. Passionate about retail, luxury and fashion, you wish to contribute to offering clients an experience faithful to the requirement and excellence of our House.
Profile
About to graduate from a Business or Engineering School (Master's level), you have initial experience in Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and/or Digital.
You are proficient in English and the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint…) and are recognised for your rigour, autonomy, numerical aptitude, adaptability, analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Position conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be part of your study curriculum.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the degree.
- The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.
Position information:
- Contract: full-time internship (100%) and on-site
- Start: 4 January 2027
- Duration: 6 months
- Working days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
