Index Customer Administration Specialist
Zurich |up to 40% home office possible | Reference 8239
You work for the Index Services business unit and are responsible for all supporting and administrative activities in Index Business and Sales Support. You can expect a varied role at the interface of customers, data management, financial products and compliance. An experienced and committed team supports you in putting the needs of our customers and stakeholders at the centre.
These are your tasks
- Customer master data maintenance, contract management, fee invoicing and dunning; release of data/services according to customer agreements
- Handling issues in compliance, legal and withholding tax; close coordination with internal specialist departments
- First level support regarding financial products, index data, commercial agreements and technical questions; cooperation with international data vendors and business partners
- Consolidation/monitoring of index-based products (funds, structured products, derivatives); creation and further development of work processes, regulatory reports and process documentation
- Conducting analyses, statistics and reports; participation in cross-departmental projects and strategic revenue initiatives; general administration
This is what you bring
- Completed commercial training; relevant professional experience in the financial sector
- Strong service orientation as well as professional, convincing appearance and clear communication
- High accuracy, personal responsibility and structured, reliable way of working; confident in managing complex administrative tasks
- Strong organisational skills to set priorities and keep an overview in a dynamic environment
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (Spanish an advantage); very good MS Office skills, SAP experience is a big plus
