Team Leader Assembly / Deputy Head of Production Planning
Manufacturing - Production | Horw | 80% | from 01.07.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompanying, promoting and challenging people with disabilities in everyday work
- Organization and handling of packaging and assembly orders in the field of medical technology and industry
- Responsibility for smooth process handling as well as monitoring customer orders
- Maintenance, upkeep and repair of technical devices, machines and production facilities
- Direct customer and supplier contact to coordinate orders and purchases
- Deputizing for the production planner including technical support
- Active participation in projects as well as in internal sports and educational offers
Your profile
- Completed basic training (EFZ) in a craft or technical profession
- Joy and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities
- Technical affinity with experience in automation as well as in preparing calculations and offers
- Confident German skills as well as secure handling of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
- Networked and structured way of thinking with pronounced self-organization
- Team-oriented, resilient and responsible personality
- High flexibility and openness to new tasks and developments
