For our reception in the Clinic for Pneumology, we are looking immediately or by arrangement (currently fixed until 31 December 2026) for a team-oriented, flexible and responsible person as a dispatcher. As a dispatcher, you are at the heart of our department and maintain close contact with our patients, medical and non-medical staff of pneumology. If you are ready to work in a lively environment and are a flexible and communicative personality, we would like to get to know you.
This is us
Your tasks
- Administrative registration of patients
- Scheduling and coordination of pneumological and interdisciplinary examinations (e.g. radiology, cardiology, etc.)
- Organisation of the doctors' consultation hours
- Calling up patients in writing and by phone (all summons in the area of pneumological outpatient clinic, bronchoscopy, thoracic ultrasound, lung function/sleep laboratory)
- Telephone service
Your profile
- Completed training as MPA or medical secretary with very good knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
- Friendly and communicative manner
- Resilience and ability to keep an overview even in hectic times
- Organisational talent
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
