Good reasons to work for the City of St.Gallen:
Your department
The Infrastructure, Education and Leisure Department (IBF) employs between 180 and 200 staff depending on the season. They have two core tasks. Firstly, providing all material, IT and building infrastructure for the six departments of the Directorate. Secondly, operating the school, sports, care, leisure and youth facilities for the users. We are a dynamic, lean organisation with a high degree of participation. We treat each other as equals across all functions.
Our corporate culture
Lively, Honest, Together, Open: These four values form the basis for dialogue with our customers, but also for collaboration within our team. We create more than infrastructure – we inspire. We grant our teams (office / facility) the greatest possible freedom in work organisation. High autonomy does not mean lone wolf behaviour. On the contrary; we place great value on exchange, mutual support and sharing knowledge.
What we offer
A highly meaningful role – you make an important contribution to a well-functioning education, leisure and sports city. The City of St.Gallen offers contemporary employment conditions.
