What is my role?

• Accompanying construction projects through all phases: from customer acquisition through calculation and planning to acceptance and billing

• Developing customised solution concepts for prefabricated concrete elements taking into account technical, economic and time requirements

• Acquiring new orders in the field of concrete elements through active customer approach and expansion of existing business relationships

• Conducting negotiations with clients, architects, planners and general contractors as well as presenting our products and services

• Independent handling of orders in all technical, logistical and commercial matters with coordination of all parties involved

• Preparation of quotations and offers as well as carrying out post-calculations for success control

• Link between customers, production, logistics and assembly for a smooth project process

• Monitoring deadlines, costs and quality throughout the entire project duration

• Handling complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training in the main or secondary construction trade (for example as a bricklayer, draughtsman, structural draughtsman, concrete worker or in a comparable profession)

• Solid professional experience in the construction sector, preferably with a focus on concrete construction or element construction

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities combined with practical understanding and technical know-how

• Knowledge of prefabrication of concrete elements or precast construction desirable

• Sales talent and enthusiasm for customer contact as well as skill in negotiations

• Strong independent working, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking

• Confident handling of IT applications, especially MS Office, ideally also experience with calculation software and CAD applications

• Team and communication skills as well as resilience with a strong customer orientation

• Organisational skills and structured approach for the simultaneous management of various projects

• Driving licence category B for customer visits and site inspections

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are a plus

• Flexibility for occasional travel within the area of operation
