Your Tasks
You take care of the holistic care and personal support of the residents and promote their independence in everyday life. In close coordination with the care team, you make a valuable contribution to individual care and support the people being cared for with expertise and empathy. Through your careful execution of basic and treatment care as well as the consistent implementation of care processes, you ensure a high quality of care and actively contribute to the quality of life of the residents.Our Requirements
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- Ideally, you have some experience in long-term care and approach elderly people with respect, empathy and professional confidence.
- Your working style is characterised by personal responsibility, reliability and clear structure. At the same time, you appreciate close teamwork and contribute to a positive working atmosphere with your open and cooperative manner.
