- You actively participate in the implementation of the educational mandate
- You are responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of educational processes according to the training plan and learning objectives
- You support apprentices and students in challenging situations, especially in dealing with medical conditions and crisis situations
- You actively contribute to the further development of the educational concept on the ward and throughout the hospital
This is what you bring with you
- You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / HF and at least two years of professional experience
- You have completed the trainer course as well as the basic training in didactics and pedagogy (SVEB certificate level 1) or are willing to complete both
- You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy working in a team
