- Ensure machining of single parts or in small/medium series
- Guarantee the quality and conformity of parts according to plans and tolerances
- Be proactive in a continuous improvement approach aimed at increasing industrial performance
- Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent training
- Several years of experience on 3 to 5 axis CNC machining centres
- Mastery of programming and ability to optimise machining strategies
- Proactive approach and continuous improvement orientation
- Rigorous, methodical and autonomous person
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to share knowledge
