Operations Agent CFC (M/F/D)

Do you have a sense of responsibility, enjoy autonomy and the technical management of buildings? We are looking for our client, a recognised player in infrastructure management in the Lausanne region, an Operations Agent

Here, you do not just ensure monitoring: you are the guarantor of the proper functioning of technical installations and the comfort of users on a daily basis!

Your playground:

• HVAC Maintenance & Operation: You ensure monitoring, preventive maintenance and first-level interventions on technical installations, with a particular focus on refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation systems.

• Building Technical Management (BTM): You monitor regulation parameters, adjust settings and handle technical alarms.

• Troubleshooting & rounds: You carry out regular control rounds on site, diagnose malfunctions and carry out routine repairs.

• Coordination & safety: You welcome and accompany specialised external service providers, check the conformity of the work and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.

• Technical training: You hold a CFC as an operations agent, refrigeration technician, heating/ventilation fitter or an equivalent qualification.

• Refrigeration experience: You have solid practical experience in the maintenance of refrigeration or air conditioning installations in Switzerland.

• Technical versatility: Electricity, regulation and building technologies hold no secrets for you, and you are comfortable with management IT tools.

• Personality: You are autonomous, versatile, responsive to emergencies and have an excellent sense of service.

• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence (category B) and are ready to participate in an on-call service if necessary.
