Process Technologist Panofina
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of bill of materials as well as coordination of line and work plan maintenance for existing and new items
- Planning, organising and accompanying operational trials as well as first productions for new and reintroductions
- Creation, updating and provision of line, process and training documentation
- Ensuring product, process and quality controls including ongoing optimisation of procedures
- Support in harmonising processes, systems and best practices as well as promoting internal know-how transfer
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a food technologist or baker-confectioner, with further training at the level of professional examination or higher professional examination
- Professional experience in industrial food production
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Experience in master data maintenance in SAP, especially in the areas of bills of materials and work plans
- Flexible availability; operational trials may also take place early in the morning or in the evening if required
