- You provide competent information for internal and external enquiries
- You record and maintain patient master data in the systems and liaise with health insurance companies and insurers
- You record planned and emergency admissions and coordinate these with the relevant departments
What you bring with you
- A commercial training with experience in healthcare or a completed basic medical training
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience in SAP-R/3, knowledge of Italian and English is a plus
- A reliable, open personality with enjoyment in dealing with people as well as willingness to work weekends and irregular hours
