Responsibilities:
You further develop the procurement strategy for your assigned product groups.
You evaluate, select and establish new suppliers.
You compare price developments and conditions with current market conditions.
You manage cooperation with existing suppliers regarding quality, deadlines and performance.
You support internal departments with purchasing-related questions.
You ensure demand-oriented material supply taking stock levels into account.
You keep planning-relevant master data up to date and coordinate missing information.
You work on the further development of global commodity group management and accompany changes.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in electronics, electromechanics or a comparable field.
Further training in purchasing or a business qualification.
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing or as a commodity manager.
Experience with supplier management and commercial negotiations.
Willingness to travel for business in an international environment.
Analytical working style and a high degree of personal responsibility.
Confident manner and intercultural competence in dealing with various contacts.
Very good German and good English skills for international collaboration.
