As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also on land we spoil our customers in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests culinary. Our land operations include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, the Ampersand Grill Restaurant. In addition, we are the gastro partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Fair.

We are looking for a Project Management Corporate Development / Executive Assistant (a)
80% to 100%
limited until the end of 2026
Here is what you will do
- You accompany our managing director in the review, evaluation and development of growth projects
- You deal with tenders, market analyses and familiarize yourself with new, complex issues
- You take responsibility for subprojects in the procurement of furnishings or equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies (OS&E)
- You support the operations managers in cross-departmental topics and occasionally work on the front line
What we expect from you
- You are a graduate of a Swiss hotel management school
- You have initial leadership experience
- You bring experience in project management
- You have a quick grasp, can explain complex contexts simply, act independently and work autonomously
- You communicate clearly, are flexible and take responsibility
