Real Estate Expert Sales & Valuation (m/f/d)
Role:
Actively shape the real estate life of association members by professionally supporting them from targeted acquisition through prudent holding to optimised sale. In this role as a real estate expert, you take responsibility for competent advice throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate. You contribute to enabling well-founded decisions and developing sustainable solutions. You can apply your expertise purposefully and advance your personal and professional development in a dynamic environment. In the Eastern Switzerland region, you act as an important contact person for demanding real estate matters.
Responsibilities:
You advise owners and prospective buyers throughout the entire property sale process
You particularly value owner-occupied residential property and prepare well-founded value analyses
You actively acquire new sales mandates
You take on the marketing of properties and conduct viewings
You conduct sales and price negotiations
You coordinate notarizations and accompany transactions until completion
You plan and implement appropriate marketing measures for properties
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in the Swiss real estate sector
Further training as a real estate marketer with a federal diploma, CAS in real estate valuation, or comparable qualification
Solid experience in property valuation, marketing, and customer consulting
Category B driving licence, own vehicle, as well as flexibility and willingness to travel
Very good German skills; English and French skills are an advantage
