Job description:

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for several qualified and autonomous locksmiths / metal fabricators for our clients.

Your main tasks:

• In the workshop:

  • Manufacture of various metal works (railings, barriers, doors, stairs, metal structures).

  • Reading and interpreting technical plans.

  • Cutting, drilling, milling and assembly.

  • Welding according to project specifications (MIG, MAG, TIG).

• On site:

  • Installation and assembly of locksmith and metal construction elements (facades, frameworks, doors, etc.).

  • Compliance with safety instructions and precision in installation.

  • Taking measurements and adjustments on site

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC as a metal fabricator, locksmith or an equivalent qualification (recognised foreign diploma).

• Experience: You have proven experience in Switzerland and/or abroad.

• Technical skills: Proficient in reading plans. Solid experience in welding (MIG/MAG/TIG) is a major asset. Welding certifications (ISO 9606-1 type) are highly appreciated.

• Personal qualities: You are autonomous, precise, rigorous and have a strong sense of quality workmanship.

• Driving licence: Driving licence essential (vehicle is a plus).

• Language: Fluent French required for reading plans and communication on site.
