Project Manager Digitalisation and Applications (m/f/d) - 80-100%
Job Description
- You gather requirements from the branches, departments and customers, question them from a business perspective and formulate them clearly and understandably.
- You coordinate the implementation with the external development team: scope, priorities, deadlines.
- You test new functions from a practical perspective and only release them when they work in everyday use.
- You introduce innovations in the branches: you plan the rollout, train the teams in German and French, create instructions and build a network of key users.
- Before each project, you define how we measure success and check after implementation whether it has been achieved.
- You lead projects related to our industry application and support introductions and process improvements with customers.
- You are the contact person for technical questions about our applications.
We expect
- You have several years of experience in personnel services, for example as a personnel consultant, branch manager or in the back office. You know recruitment, assignments, reports and billing from practical experience.
- You have led projects or played a significant role in them, ideally the introduction of software or a new process.
- You are technically interested and enjoy working with digital tools. A technical education is not necessary: what matters is that you understand how an application works.
- You translate between practice and technology and explain new things so that they are understood and used in the branch.
- You speak and write very good German and French. Italian is an advantage.
- You work in a structured way, see things through to completion and have a confident manner with branches and customers.
- Further training in project management or business analysis as well as experience with similar tools is a plus.
We offer
- A newly created position with plenty of scope for design. You shape how digitalisation is received in our branches.
- The step out of day-to-day business into a role that advances the entire company without leaving your industry knowledge behind.
- Direct impact: what you introduce is used by over 200 employees throughout Switzerland.
- A small IT team with short communication paths and a management that sees digitalisation as a growth lever.
- Targeted induction into our applications and, where appropriate, further training in project management.
