HVAC After-Sales Technician – Field & Office Activities

Your tasks

• Diagnose faults and propose appropriate solutions
• Intervene on site with clients
• Write intervention reports and ensure administrative follow-up
• Provide technical support from the office (analysis, planning, client assistance)
• Collaborate with internal teams (planning, projects, after-sales service)

Your profile

• Technical training in the HVAC field or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC installations
• Good skills in diagnosis and problem solving
• Comfortable with IT tools and report writing
• Autonomy, rigour and good client relations
• Driving licence required
