What you achieve
- As a Case Management Specialist, you independently and proactively handle UVG cases.
- You assess entitlement to benefits and service provision.
- To evaluate and manage cases, you obtain medical, legal and other information.
- You identify cases with reintegration and rehabilitation potential as well as scheduling and adequacy constellations at an early stage.
- You independently, competently and courteously support and advise insured persons and companies.
- You are responsible for the practical training of apprentices.
What you bring
- You have completed commercial basic training and preferably hold the Social Insurance Specialist Certificate.
- In addition, you have experience in the field of compulsory accident insurance (UVG) and possess broad expertise in social and private insurance.
- High advisory competence and independent thinking and acting are a matter of course for you.
- You enjoy dealing with customers and are characterised by your high commitment and good communication skills.
- Flexibility and assertiveness characterise you.
- In addition to German, you preferably have good oral and written French skills.
