Do you want to start your career in Real Estate Consulting and be involved in real projects from the very beginning? Then our Graduate Programme is just right for you!

As part of our 12-month Graduate Programme, you will join a selected Graduate Class together with other career starters. Depending on the project and needs, you will be integrated into different project teams within our company and work alongside experienced colleagues on concrete client mandates. This will give you exciting insights into the world of real estate and consulting.

Our mission: We want to provide you with a practical and versatile entry into the real estate world, where you can grow professionally and personally, build your network, and learn about the connection between valuation, consulting, and sustainability in practice. This way, you will discover your strengths and where you want to make your impact in the future.

Your Graduate Programme – Content & Tasks

During the twelve months, you will combine learning on the job, structured further education within our Graduate Academy, networking, and practical project work. Depending on the project and area of deployment, you can expect the following tasks, among others:

• Participation in real estate valuations using the DCF method as well as market, location, and data analyses
• Support in developing usage concepts, property strategies, and sustainability assessments for portfolios and properties
• Preparation of consulting and decision-making foundations for our clients
• Analysis of complex issues and preparation of results in presentations and reports
• Taking on your own tasks and responsibilities within the project teams
• Collaboration with experts from various disciplines and building a broad network within the company

The 12-month Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience, develop professionally and personally, and demonstrate your potential. Upon successful completion, there is the possibility of a permanent position at Wüest Partner. The appointment depends on your individual development and suitability as well as the company’s future needs.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Availability from 1 March 2027 for the entire 12-month duration of the programme and motivation to start in Real Estate Consulting together with your Graduate Class
• Completed or near-completion Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in real estate management, economics, finance, architecture, geography, data & analytics, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in the real estate sector through internships, working student positions, or other relevant activities is an advantage
• Interest in the real estate industry and enjoyment in analysing complex issues and developing solutions
• Analytical and structured thinking as well as a high willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with different people and disciplines
• Initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to take on responsibility
• Very good communication skills in German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
