HR Assistant (fixed-term contract)
Your mission
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Human Resources department. You will manage essential administrative tasks, support HR processes, and contribute to creating an organized, compliant, and efficient workplace that empowers our teams to thrive.
Your responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of working hours and holiday entitlement (checking, approval, reporting).
- Management of work permits.
- Management of the HR inbox and handling of internal requests.
- Drafting of HR correspondence (certificates, replies to staff, etc.).
- Updating of staff files (digital and paper).
- Support general HR tasks when required (e.g., onboarding support, events).
- Provide coverage for colleagues during their vacation periods, ensuring continuity of HR and recruitment operations.

Your profile
- HR qualification (Certificate, Federal Diploma, Bachelor's/Master's degree, or equivalent).
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
You have
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Assistant, or a similar role, in Switzerland.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment law.
- Perfect understanding of HR processes and HR best practices, with strong motivation to grow within the field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, CRM, ERP.
