- Ensure the operational management of Vaud Céréales SA and guarantee the economic success of the company, in accordance with the strategic objectives defined by the Board of Directors
- Manage and supervise site managers as well as ensure efficient management of the company's human, financial, operational, and administrative resources
- Oversee all activities related to collection, storage, logistics, and collaborate on the marketing of cereals and oilseeds in compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements
- Maintain regular contact and transparent communication with farmers and key company partners to ensure the maintenance of sustainable trust-based relationships
- Regularly inform the Board of Directors about current affairs and special situations
- Develop, plan, and implement investment and development projects
- Represent the company with partners, professional organizations, and various stakeholders in the sector.
- Basic training in the agricultural or milling sector, ideally complemented by higher education
- Good knowledge of the local network, markets, and specificities of the cereal and oilseed sector
- Experience in team management, with the ability to unite employees around common goals
- Comfortable with IT tools and willing to engage on the ground during busy periods
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and pragmatic personality, showing initiative and strong decision-making ability
- Excellent oral and written command of French; good knowledge of German is an asset.
