These are your tasks
- Independently manage and organise various kitchen stations
- Produce high-quality dishes for the à la carte or restaurant areas
- Menu and offer planning in collaboration with supervisors
- Weekly station ordering as well as goods receipt and inspection
- Assist with staff management and training of apprentices
