Job Description

• Independent management and coordination of demanding civil engineering projects
• Planning, organisation and supervision of construction sites
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and costs
• Coordination of employees, subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaboration with clients, planners and other project participants
• Preparation and control of measurements, billing and construction site documentation
• Ensuring occupational safety and quality standards
• Technical and organisational support of projects from preparation to completion

We expect

• Completed training as site manager, civil engineer or comparable qualification in construction
• Professional experience in civil engineering, specialised civil engineering or construction management is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and pronounced organisational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of demanding projects
• Good communication and team skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
