- Advice and support for customers after purchase
- Processing of service and warranty requests

- Administrative tasks (e.g. MS Office)
- Support with technical clarifications
Requirements
- Completed training, e.g. in a technical or craft field
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of repairs
- Solution-oriented, creative thinking
- Versatility and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German skills (spoken & written)
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
