Hours: 40 hours, full-time
Location: Aachen or remote

YOUR MISSION

• End-to-End Ownership for tenders: You independently manage technical tenders in the field of charging infrastructure (focus on Heavy Duty) from the initial analysis to the final submission.

• Interdisciplinary coordinator: You agilely bring together threads from Sales, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Administration to craft tailored offers.

• Concept & calculation: You plan and calculate technical concepts in the procurement process economically and technically precisely.

• Partner management: You independently negotiate with external specialist companies and planning partners and obtain market-conform offers.

• Seamless handover: After the award, you ensure a crystal-clear, structured handover to our project management and engineering teams.

• Process evolution: You systematically analyse results, derive concrete optimisations and further develop our internal tender knowledge management.
  
  
  

  YOUR ENERGISED PROFILE

  • Solid foundation: Successfully completed technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering) or a comparable electrical engineering qualification.

  • Experience with substance: Practical experience in project management, engineering or technical bid calculation – ideally in the environment of large infrastructure or energy projects.

  • Technical deep knowledge: Confident understanding of electrical and energy technology (charging infrastructure, grid connections, transformer stations or battery storage).

  • Structure & drive: You work extremely structured, keep an overview even under tight deadlines and make well-founded decisions.

  • Language and tool competence: Negotiation-level German skills at native speaker level as well as proficient use of modern project management tools and tender platforms.
