YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Material planning & coordination: You ensure that all required materials are available on time – throughout the entire project schedule.
- Deadline tracking & escalation: You identify bottlenecks early and proactively initiate measures.
- Daily coordination with production detailed planning: You ensure smooth synchronization between material availability and manufacturing processes.
- Communication with purchasing & logistics: You coordinate the procurement, storage, and provision of materials.
- ERP data maintenance: You keep all project-related disposition data up to date (e.g., in SAP, ABAS, or similar).
- Process optimization: You actively contribute to the further development of our disposition and material flow processes.
- Order folders: You create the production documents for a smooth process.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical or commercial training with further education in logistics, production planning (AVOR), or supply chain management
- Mandatory experience in material disposition, ideally in a project-related environment
- Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ABAS, INFOR, or similar)
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, especially in dealing with production, purchasing, and logistics
