Your Tasks
- You actively support clients with questions regarding income and asset management.
- Through your consulting, you contribute to the social integration of the affected individuals and improve their administrative skills.
- You organize and carry out the work processes from case intake to case closure.
- You collaborate in the further development of the processes and services in the area.
- You are in close contact with internal and external entities (e.g., KESB, debt collection office, social assistance).
Your Profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship certificate (EFZ) and further training at the level of a federal diploma or the willingness to complete such training.
- You are experienced in conducting conversations and ideally have knowledge in social insurance and the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG).
- You are an open and solution-oriented personality with a passion for the further development of services.
- You are interested in people from various cultural backgrounds and life circumstances and approach them without prejudice.
