What to Expect
As a Service Owner for Network, you take on a central role in the management and further development of a business-critical IT service. You work closely with our service provider as well as with internal specialist teams to ensure and continuously improve the availability, stability, and quality of the service. You actively shape processes, identify optimization potentials, and implement improvements independently. Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for our network products with a focus on WLAN and AAA services (Cisco ISE, WLAN infrastructure).

- You lead operational projects for the further development of network services and coordinate external service providers in your role as Service Owner.
- You ensure a secure and high-performance network operation – including monitoring, troubleshooting, fault analysis, and performance optimization.
- You are willing to work outside of office hours.
- You participate in tenders and support system migrations and rollouts.
- You create operational documentation, conduct service reviews, and participate in governance meetings.
- You contribute to the technical further development of the services (e.g., SD-Access, NAC, Fabric, WAN design) and plan the service budget together with the Product Owner.
- You are interested in cloud networking; IaaC and DevOps are not foreign words for you.
Your Team
You will be part of a dedicated 9-member network team within the IT infrastructure department. In close collaboration with our Product Owner and Service Owner, engineers, architects, and security specialists, you actively shape the network landscape. As a Service Owner, you play a key role, coordinate external partners, support governance processes, and ensure a highly available, future-oriented network operation. You bring in your experience, think along – and drive innovation and quality forward together with the team.
