Responsibilities

• Managing tickets and developments with software vendors,
• Assisting colleagues in carrying out their tasks,
• Internal training,
• Gathering user requirements,
• Implementing a continuous training programme,
• Defining procedures/documentation,
• Quality control,
• IT infrastructure support,
• Deploying new solutions,
• Participating in project management and defining needs and resources,
• Writing and maintaining functional documentation and internal procedures.
• Contributing to data quality, security, and reliability.
• Monitoring solutions and technologies useful to the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Higher education in management information systems, information systems, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate, management, or services.
• Good understanding of administrative, financial, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in office tools and ease with management applications and databases.
• Experience in project management and user needs analysis.
• Rigor, organisational skills, and a synthetic mind.
• Excellent service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
• Very good command of French; knowledge of English or German is an asset.
