What is your drive?Your Area of Influence
- You lead and develop the Sales & Digital Customer Experience department and manage a team of around ten employees
- You are a member of the Marketing leadership team and actively shape the divisional and corporate strategy
- You are responsible for the sales strategy per business field and the collaboration with OTAs, booking portals, and enablers
- You manage the sales of all products of Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and Gornergrat Bahn across all sales and control channels
- You are responsible for the further development of sales-relevant systems, software, and hardware as well as the technical implementation of the pricing strategy including promotions
- You develop measures to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency in all sales channels
- You provide relevant sales figures and KPIs
- You are responsible for the digital customer experience as well as the website strategy and its further development
- You carry the process responsibility for the Rail Center as the central customer contact, advisory, and sales point for the products of MGBahn and Gornergrat Bahn
- You are responsible for budgeting, billing, invoicing, and balancing as well as contract management with system partners
- You lead and/or accompany projects, working groups, and interdisciplinary teams in the mobility and tourism environment
- You ensure clear, simple, and consistent internal and external communication
Your Profile
- You have higher education or further training in marketing & sales, business administration, and/or tourism
- You have several years of experience in a comparable leadership position in sales
- You bring sound knowledge of the public transport sales landscape
- You are strongly customer- and service-oriented and develop forward-looking, innovative sales concepts
- You have very good technical understanding of digital systems and experience in leading complex IT and digitalisation projects
- You are a strong leader, entrepreneurial personality who thinks process-oriented, networked, and holistically
- You have very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
