About the job
Your Tasks
- Supporting our patients upon admission as well as throughout their entire stay until discharge.
- Personal advice on menu and beverage selection according to medical guidelines and ordering via iPad.
- Administrative tasks such as ordering ward supplies.
- Close collaboration with cleaning, nursing, kitchen, transport and other interfaces.
- Responsible for adhering to the specified quality and hygiene standards.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist EFZ and/or professional experience in hospitality/catering
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and in dealing with customers/guests/patients
- Willingness to work irregular shifts in early and late shifts during the following working hours: Monday to Sunday including public holidays, between 07:00 and 20:00
- Very good oral and written German and PC skills High
- Service orientation and independent working style
- Proven hospital experience is an advantage
- Team player with polished manners
