We are looking for you for our kitchen team.

• You ensure that the main kitchen is optimally covered at all times
• You take responsibility for goods turnover and mise en place work
• You fulfill the wishes and needs of our guests with passion
• You coach and support your subordinate employees in their development
• You work cost-consciously and with entrepreneurial foresight
• You consistently carry out freshness, taste, and quality controls
• You consistently adhere to hotel-specific standards (LQA, SDH, FTG) as well as quality management (QMS) according to ISO 9001

• You have an interest in gastronomy and hospitality
• You have a clear idea of what you want to learn with us
• You bring passion and enthusiasm
• You have a good grasp and speak fluent German or English
