Dispatcher – Machine and Rental Manager

What awaits you:

After specialised internal training, you will gradually take on the following tasks independently:

• Organise and plan the provision of our rental machines
• Coordinate dispatching activities with our various sites
• Prepare routes and necessary documents for our drivers
• Plan and coordinate interventions with external transport companies
• Ensure communication with customers, authorities and various relevant departments
• Advise our customers professionally and efficiently by phone
• Prepare offers and process orders in our ERP system Abacus
• Perform various administrative tasks related to the activity
• Monitor and control driver hours (OTR1)

What you bring:

You enjoy challenges, have a good technical understanding and like to learn new things. In addition, you identify with the following points:

• You are an organised person and ideally have some initial experience in planning or dispatching
• Customer orientation and a sense of service are part of your DNA
• You react quickly, keep your cool and find pragmatic solutions
• You work with rigour, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• You can manage periods of intense activity while maintaining a high level of concentration
• You are proficient with MS Office tools; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• You have an excellent level of French (native speaker or equivalent); knowledge of German is a plus
