The Eichholz Foundation offers 47 residential and employment places for people with a mental impairment and/or an addiction disorder. In 30 single rooms, 2 studios, 12 shared living places, 3 external shared living places and a studio, we support service users individually, professionally and solution-oriented in shaping their everyday lives. Service users also have the opportunity to participate in internal employment in the kitchen, housekeeping or caretaking. The internal employment is conducted within the framework of the day structure without pay and is also available to external persons.

Your tasks:
- Case-leading key worker role and building sustainable relationships
- Individual support in living and cohabitation
- Co-responsibility for activities and everyday design
- Management of electronic resident documentation
- Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
- Co-responsibility in medical and psychiatric matters
- Support also in challenging life phases
You bring:
- Completed training in the above-mentioned professional fields
- Experience in accompanying people with mental impairments and/or addiction disorders
- Calmness, clarity and professional action even in crisis situations
- Independence and good self-management
- A respectful, reflective and clear attitude
- Motivation to reliably accompany people even in phases of resistance
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
