Department Head: Mechanical Manufacturing
Manufacturing - Production | Sursee | 80% - 100% | immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Technical and personnel management as well as development of the specialist staff and employees in the area of responsibility
- Coaching of group leaders in implementing the educational mandate
- Ensuring an optimal production process taking into account quality, quantity and time specifications
- Co-design and implementation of the corporate strategy
- Budget responsibility for mechanical manufacturing
- Leading and participating in overarching projects
- Living and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Your profile
- Basic training in the technical field with further education (federal specialist certificate or HF level)
- Experience or corresponding further education in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Proven, ideally multi-level leadership experience
- Independent, team-oriented and empathetic personality with high reliability and resilience
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
- High motivation and enthusiasm to achieve more together
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, common collaboration tools as well as ERP applications
