As an experienced Analyst-Developer, your mission is to provide a global vision on projects. You are not just a technical executor: you are responsible for a deep understanding of business needs and their translation into coherent application solutions on our Mainframe systems.

Needs Analysis & Specifications: Analyse functional specifications, understand the business stakes and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

Domain Expertise: Master the functional domains (Core Banking, CRM, flows) to become a privileged interlocutor capable of advising business teams.

Development & Delivery: Ensure the complete realisation of application components (development, unit and integration testing) up to production deployment.

Challenge the Existing: Provide a critical view of current processes to propose relevant technical or functional improvements.

Maintenance & Support: Ensure preventive and evolutionary maintenance of the application portfolio and participate, if necessary, in on-call services.

Analytical Ability: You have at least 5 years of experience in analysis and writing specifications on large IBM systems.

Autonomy & Perspective: You stand out by your ability to quickly gain expertise on complex business topics. You know how to take a step back to anticipate the impacts of your developments.

Solution Orientation: You appreciate challenging requests to ensure that the technical response is best suited to the real need.

Banking Experience: Knowledge of banking processes is a major asset for this position.

IBM Environment: Confirmed mastery of COBOL, DB2, JCL, TSO/ISPF and CICS.

Tools & Languages: Regular use of SPUFI. Knowledge of COOL:Gen (CA Gen) and Java is an advantage.
