• As deputy team leader, you support the organization of daily business and accompany the introduction of new employees and trainees.
  
• In your role, you take responsibility for compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations and implement professional guidelines.
  
• You independently and professionally carry out basic, intermediate, and maintenance cleaning as well as tasks in the laundry and occasionally work in the residential service area.

• You have completed training as a hospitality-housekeeping specialist EFZ and ideally have already gained some leadership experience.
  
• As a responsible, resilient, and empathetic personality, you also demonstrate a high level of quality and hygiene awareness.
  
• You offer flexibility in work planning and are also happy about occasional assignments in service. 
  
• Furthermore, you have very good German skills both orally and in writing, and working with common MS programs on the PC is part of your professional routine.
  
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people as well as interest in supporting employees with disabilities complete your profile.
