On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Polymechanic CNC Turning or Milling (a).
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Setting up, operating and programming modern turning and/or milling machines (5-axis, long & short turning)
- Manufacture of individual parts as well as small and large series
- Optimising, adapting and further developing existing CNC programmes and manufacturing processes
- Monitoring production according to quality, deadline and cost specifications
- Independent execution of optical and dimensional quality control
- Performing simple maintenance work according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a precision mechanic/polymechanic (a) or several years of professional experience in CNC turning or milling
- Passion for precision parts and accuracy
- Willingness to work 2- to 3-shift
- Sound knowledge in handling measuring instruments
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Reliable and independent working style
