In this role, you ensure the technical readiness of production tools and thus make a decisive contribution to stable manufacturing. You take on both maintenance and optimisation tasks and accompany tools from revision to successful production release. Your working day is characterised by precision, craftsmanship, and close cooperation with production.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of stamping, forming, and injection moulding tools
Manufacture and adjustment of individual parts and assemblies using conventional machining
Implementation of design changes as well as continuous optimisation of existing tools
Commissioning of revised tools in production including functional testing and documentation
Systematic fault analysis and sustainable troubleshooting
Management of spare parts and inventory
Close coordination with production and engineering
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of stamping and forming tools
Knowledge in the area of injection moulding tools is an advantage
Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings
Strong quality awareness and precise working method
Teamwork, flexibility, and high reliability
Willingness to work shifts and be on call
Fluent German language skills
