You ensure that the right goods arrive at the customer at the right time: you plan routes, coordinate warehouse and transport, and prepare offers and delivery documents. - Telephone and written contact with drivers and customers
- Recording and processing service orders
- Handling and checking work reports
- Mutual representation within the team
- Several years of experience in the office and in the dispatching of personnel as well as in telephone customer contact
- Very good IT skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. English and French skills are an advantage

Tasks

- Commercial basic training, ideally with further training as a dispatcher- Several years of experience in the office and in the dispatching of personnel as well as in telephone customer contact
