To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately / by arrangement for a committed
Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
- Planning, organising and supervising building construction projects
- Leading and coordinating the construction site teams
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
- Communicating with clients, architects and other project participants
- Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
- Preparing reports and documentation on project progress
Qualifications:
- Completed training in construction (e.g. civil engineer, master builder or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in building construction
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, standards and regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form and confident use of IT programmes
