Operations Mechanic 100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth and trouble-free production operations as well as quick analysis and resolution of machine malfunctions
• Ensuring the availability and operational readiness of systems for industrial sheet metal processing and powder coating
• Carrying out mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair work on machines, equipment, and production systems
• Supporting the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new systems and machines
• Creating sketches as well as manufacturing gauges and aids in close collaboration with the design department
• Developing and implementing technical solutions to stabilise, optimise, and continuously improve production processes

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable field
• Ideally several years of professional experience in operational maintenance or servicing in an industrial production environment
• Solid mechanical knowledge as well as a good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience in conventional turning and milling
• Knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage
• Practically minded, solution-oriented personality with high initiative and a strong quality awareness
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Willingness to occasionally work on-call duties and flexible shifts
