Operations Mechanic 100%
Your tasks
- Ensuring smooth and trouble-free production operations as well as quick analysis and resolution of machine malfunctions
- Ensuring the availability and operational readiness of systems for industrial sheet metal processing and powder coating
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair work on machines, equipment, and production systems
- Supporting the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new systems and machines
- Creating sketches as well as manufacturing gauges and aids in close collaboration with the design department
- Developing and implementing technical solutions to stabilise, optimise, and continuously improve production processes
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable field
- Ideally several years of professional experience in operational maintenance or servicing in an industrial production environment
- Solid mechanical knowledge as well as a good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Experience in conventional turning and milling
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage
- Practically minded, solution-oriented personality with high initiative and a strong quality awareness
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Willingness to occasionally work on-call duties and flexible shifts
