Workplace/Locations
Your place of employment is Zurich. The employees to be supported are located at various sites in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Zurich, Dättwil and Steinhausen). Travel between the locations should be done by public transport to make the best use of travel time.
Mobile Working
Counselling sessions are conducted in person on site and virtually via MS Teams.
Your new field of responsibility
- Advising employees on health, private and occupational issues
- Reintegration management for sick and injured employees with the aim of optimal reintegration into the work process
- Advising and supporting managers and employees during dismissal, reorganisation and restructuring
- Supporting managers and the HR team on social issues
- Collaboration with the treatment network (company doctors, social insurance offices, etc.)
- Manager training and coaching as well as topic-specific workshops
- Representation at all Siemens locations in Switzerland
Your talents and experience
- University of Applied Sciences/University degree in social work, health, occupational or organisational psychology
- At least four years of experience in occupational social work, preferably in industry or a large company
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law (a recognised qualification is an advantage)
- Skills in systemic, solution-oriented counselling, mediation, conflict management, coaching and supervision
- Entrepreneurial flair in assessing the interests of employees and the company
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Experience with social media
