- Conducting training sessions at the customer’s site
- Analysing and resolving technical faults as part of customer support
- Close collaboration with local service partners and internal specialist departments
- Assembly and testing of new machine prototypes in close coordination with development and engineering
- Providing expert input for the further development of products, documentation and technical materials
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering and pneumatics
- Several years of experience in international technical service is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with a high willingness to travel (approx. 50% worldwide)
- Intercultural competence and professional demeanour when dealing with international customers
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient use of common office software (MS Office)

Profile
- Completed technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic, mechatronics technician or similar)- Good knowledge of electrical engineering and pneumatics
- Several years of experience in international technical service is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with a high willingness to travel (approx. 50% worldwide)
- Intercultural competence and professional demeanour when dealing with international customers
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient use of common office software (MS Office)
